AIN ceramic has an excellent chemical resistance and can withstand
temperatures up to 1500°C. Its thermal expansion rate lies between
4.5-5.5x10-6/K and its thermal conductivity is ≥170W/m.K. The
dielectric strength of AIN ceramic is ≥15KV/mm, making it suitable
